1. General characteristics of the profession

Carries out banking operations for cash management services and lending to the population, enterprises, organizations and institutions with various forms of ownership. Accepts deposits, other types of savings, payment documents, monitors the correctness of their execution. Prepares statements for a client on a settlement account, draws up business documents, calculates payment rates at interest rates, prepares letters of credit, transfers, payment checks, sale and purchase of securities (certificates, lotteries, bonds, shares). Sells and buys currency. Provides information and reference services to bank customers.

2. Requirements for the individual characteristics of a specialist

For the activities are necessary: ​​a good operational memory, a predisposition to painstaking work with numbers and documents, the ability to focus attention, high emotional and volitional stability, calm, friendly nature.

3. Medical contraindications

The work is not recommended for people who have: defects in vision and hearing, speech disorders, spinal diseases (osteochondrosis, spinal cord injury), hypertension, and neuropsychiatric diseases

4. Requirements for training

Should be: good training in mathematics, geography. Must know the technical characteristics and operating rules of the cash registers, instructions, regulations, orders on bank customer service issues. Must be able to use computers, have skills in banking operations. Knowledge of a foreign language is desirable.
