2. Official duties

Ensures the availability of documentation stipulated by regulatory requirements for buildings, premises, equipment of the enterprise. Provides timely repair and construction work and the availability, and if necessary, the preparation of the necessary technical documentation for these works. Organizes the planning of repair and construction works, technical and financial control over the timing, quality of production of repair and construction works. Accepts new and repaired objects. Ensures the availability of construction and repair materials, spare parts and other things during the work, controls their rational use. Plans, coordinates volumes, terms, organizes and provides timely carrying out of current repair. Carries out the control and ensures the good condition of the elevators, the observance of the rules of their operation and the conduct of preventive examinations and timely repair. Provides daily monitoring of the health of electrical wiring, electrical equipment, uninterrupted power supply, reasonable and economical use of electricity. Provides uninterrupted operation of water supply, heating, sewage and ventilation equipment at the enterprise. Monitors the reasonable and economical use of water and heat. Develops and submits for approval instructions and proposals for the adoption of measures to improve fire and emergency safety, the elimination of violations of safety. Carries out daily (before the opening of the enterprise) monitoring the readiness of the enterprise to work, including the condition of buildings, premises, equipment. Informs the General Director of the existing shortcomings in the work of the enterprise, the measures taken to eliminate them. He himself observes and controls the observance by workers of labor and production discipline, rules and norms of labor protection, requirements of industrial hygiene and hygiene, requirements of fire prevention, emergency prevention, civil defense. Provides for bringing to the notice of employees and their execution of orders and orders of the administration of the enterprise relating to matters relating to the functional duties of the Deputy General Director for the technical part.

3. Qualification requirements

Higher technical education and experience in management in the relevant field for at least 5 (five) years
