1. General characteristics of the profession

In communication with the client finds out his wishes, specifies the order. It helps the client to choose the style of the product based on: the type of fabric, fashion and features of the client. Takes the necessary measurements. Sketches the selected style option, places an order. Makes the pattern, produce cutting. Distributes sewing operations between seamstresses. Conducts fitting and delivery of the order to the client.

2. Requirements for the individual characteristics of a specialist

The cutter must have accurate eye (linear, volumetric), good visual-motor coordination, developed spatial imagination, good long-term and operational memory, ability to distribute attention and concentrate it in the conditions of interference, as well as tolerance to business communication and ability constructively perceive criticism.

3. Medical contraindications

Performance of activity is not recommended for people with diseases: respiratory organs (bronchial asthma, etc.); cardiovascular system (hypertension, heart defects, heart failure, etc.); musculoskeletal system, especially limiting the mobility of the hands (chronic rheumatism, etc.); nervous system (neurosis, tumor, etc.); organs of vision (cataract, strabismus, etc.).
