The first task of a crisis manager is to help the company recover. When a company launches a new product or concludes a big deal, it obviously takes a risk. And sometimes it happens that the costs are unjustified and the company falls into a difficult situation. Then the crisis manager is a specialist of the first necessity. In such cases, it is important to quickly find a compromise between creditors and debtors, resolve all current issues to maintain production and prevent bankruptcy. A crisis manager must thoroughly know anti-crisis methods, have experience in working with contracts, and be able to evaluate assets and funds. As a rule, a crisis manager works together with a logistician, auditor, economists and lawyers for greater efficiency. The specifics of the work provides for the availability of appropriate personal qualities. The crisis manager is a man with steel nerves, cold-blooded, balanced, restrained, objectively thinking in the most tense situations. The ability to properly assess the situation and quickly find the right solution is very much appreciated in this profession. At the same time, such qualities as tact in combination with perseverance, efficiency and accuracy of actions are important.
