This work is done by cabin crew. In addition, the flight attendant takes the baggage of passengers and delivers it on arrival. The flight attendant carries out all flight safety measures, he manages spare hatches, life jackets, inflatable boats for emergency landing and inflatable ramps for emergency landing. He also carries out constant communication between the crew of the aircraft and passengers, recommends them how to behave in certain areas of the flight. The flight attendant must have qualities such as goodwill and contact - it is important that passengers feel comfortable on board the aircraft.
