1. General characteristics of the profession

The person who manages the work of operational regulation with the use of computer equipment, communications and communications, production progress, to ensure the rhythmic production in accordance with the production plan and supply contracts.

2. Official duties

Manages the development of production programs and calendar schedules of production for the enterprise and its divisions, their adjustment during the planned period, the development and implementation of standards for operational production planning. Organizes operational control over the course of production, over the provision of production with technical documentation, equipment, tools, materials, components, vehicles, loading and unloading facilities, etc., as well as over the preparation of the production of new types of products. Provides daily operational accounting of production progress, fulfillment of daily tasks for finished product production according to the number and range of products, monitoring the status and completeness of work in progress, observing established standards for stocks in warehouses and workplaces, for rational use of vehicles and timely loading and unloading. Coordinates the work of departments of the enterprise, takes measures to ensure the rhythm of the implementation of production schedules, prevent and eliminate violations of the production process. Provides timely processing, accounting and regulation of the implementation of orders for cooperation and interdepartmental services. Monitors the fulfillment of mutual requirements and claims of business units, analyzes the results of their activities for the previous planning period in order to identify opportunities for a more complete and uniform utilization of capacities, equipment and production areas, shorten the manufacturing cycle. Conducts work on the identification and development of technical innovations, scientific discoveries and inventions, best practices that contribute to the improvement of technology, production organization and productivity growth. Supervises the work of industrial warehouses, ensures the participation of the department in the inventory of unfinished production. Organizes the development of measures to improve operational planning, current records of production and the mechanization of the dispatch service, the introduction of modern computer equipment, communications and communications. Provides methodological guidance of the production and dispatch units of the enterprise, manages the department staff.

3. Qualification requirements

Higher vocational (technical or engineering-economic) education and work experience in operational production management in engineering, technical and managerial positions.
