Participates in experiments to determine the influence of working conditions on the psyche of workers. Analyzes the work processes and the psychological state of the employee during work. Together with a sociologist and other specialists, she participates in defining the tasks of social development. Carries out the selection of the most pressing issues and problems that need to be addressed (turnover of staff, violations of labor discipline, inefficient labor), determines ways to eliminate the causes of their causes. It develops professiograms and detailed psychological characteristics of the occupations of workers and positions of employees, determined by the influence of the working environment on the worker’s neuro-psychological stress, makes recommendations regarding the conditions for the optimal use of a person’s personal work opportunities, taking into account the development prospects of his professional abilities. Participates in the implementation of measures for the production and professional adaptation of young workers and specialists. Prepares recommendations and proposals for the implementation of the results of psychological research in practice, as well as activities in specific areas of improving social development management, contributing to the organization of optimal work processes, establishing rational work and rest schedules, improving the moral and psychological climate, working conditions and improving human performance. control over their implementation. Analyzes the causes of staff turnover, recruitment and placement, based on the requirements of the organization of labor and production management, develops proposals to ensure the stability of personnel, taking the necessary measures to adapt workers. Takes part in the formation of labor collectives, in the design of labor management systems (organization of working time, rationalization of workplaces), taking into account psychological factors and ergonomic requirements. He consults the leaders of the enterprise, institution, organization on the socio-psychological problems of production management and social development of the team, as well as employees engaged in personnel and labor issues.
