The person coordinating the activities of the cash collection service.

2. Official duties

Organizes the collection of cash proceeds and valuables, organizes the storage of cash proceeds delivered after the end of the transaction day. He is responsible for the personal composition of the collection service, recommends collectors for hiring, reports on violations committed during the performance of collectors of office by collectors, represents collectors for promotion, as well as dismissal from office. In the process of collection of cash proceeds and valuables, the head of the collection service: compiles a list of organizations served by collectors; draws up routes and schedules of collectors arrivals in the organization; determines the quantitative composition of the brigades of collectors, appoints one of the brigade members as the senior brigade, the other as the collector if necessary, directly participates in the process of collection as a member of the team of collectors; before leaving cash collectors for collecting cash proceeds, it issues a receipt in the register of issuance and receipt of promissory cards, seals, keys and powers of attorney: collector-collector’s power of attorney, secret cards, print of the collection section with route number, and the senior collector empty bags. On the number of issued attendance cards and empty bags, the head of the collection service shall compile and hand over to the evening ticket office controller a certificate. After handing over the bags, he receives a magazine from the senior brigade of collectors, and from the collector-collector - a power of attorney, security cards and a seal. Checks the correctness of paperwork and compliance with the number of bags handed by collectors to the bank's cash desk to the number of bags received from organizations and makes an entry in the register of accepted bags with valuables and empty bags. Compiles and transfers to the chief accountant a certificate of the total amount of cash proceeds deposited by the collectors for the day.

3. Qualification requirements

Higher education with work experience in commercial structures of at least 1 year or specialized secondary education with work experience of at least 3 years. The head of the collection service must go through an inspection in the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and receive training at special courses of security guards under the program approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
