"Spire"

Lecture

As we have said, gestures, like the words in a sentence, are related. Body language signals should always be interpreted in context, taking all circumstances into account. The "spire" is an exception to the rule, since it most often appears in isolation. During this gesture, a person joins the tips of his fingers in a kind of spire of a cathedral, and at the same time sometimes shakes his hands back and forth.
  Spire
This person is sure that he knows the right answer.

We noticed that the "spire" often occurs in the communication between the boss and subordinates. This gesture speaks of confidence and authority. It is often used by managers, giving instructions to subordinates. The “spire” is especially widespread among lawyers, accountants and senior managers. Such a gesture is peculiar to people confident in themselves and in their own superiority. He immediately makes it clear that such a person knows his worth.
Sometimes the “spire” develops into a prayer gesture - that is, a person wants to be like the Lord God himself. We do not recommend using this gesture if you want to gain the confidence of your interlocutor, since he is often perceived as a sign of arrogance and complacency.
  Spire
President Chirac and Jerry Adams sometimes like to portray the Lord God himself.

If you want to look confident and show that you know all the answers, such a gesture will help you to do it.
