Involvement of two interlocutors in conversation

Lecture

Suppose that you (let's call you C) need to talk with employees A and B. At the round table, all three are placed, forming a triangle. Suppose that the interlocutor A is very talkative and asks many questions, and B prefers to keep silent. When interlocutor A asks you a question, what will your actions be? Remember that you need to answer and at the same time make sure that the other person does not feel excluded from the conversation. Take advantage of a simple but very effective technique. When the interlocutor A asks you a question, then, starting to answer, look at him, and then transfer your gaze to interlocutor B. Continue to transfer the gaze from one interlocutor to another until you finish the presentation. On the last sentence, your opinion should be directed to the interlocutor A.
Such a reception will allow the interlocutor B to be involved in the conversation. It is especially useful if you want to attract the other person B to your side.
