4.2.0 Organizational Forms and Management Structure

New forms of organizations in the structure of the model of the Russian economy are presented, the characteristics of the status of correspondence and management are given.

The definition of the concept of management structure, the characteristics of the varieties of the organizational structure and its determining factors are given.

We consider the shortcomings of the existing management structures, the requirements for their construction and the structure of the priority tasks of managing the organization.

The main methods of building management structures are described: division by functions, by products, by groups of consumers, by stages of production, by working schemes, by geographic location, and combined division.
