RES Synthesis and Optimization

Lecture

Basic principles of synthesis and optimization. When designing a synthesis, the designer should always strive for optimization ,    i.e. receipt   and the application of the best solutions, including the following main principles:

1. Formation of the optimality criterion.

2. Identification of means to achieve optimum , i.e., those factors that can be varied to achieve optimum.

3. The formulation of the conditions and constraints under which action should be carried out optimization.

4. The choice of the method of finding the optimum.

The optimality criteria of a radio electronic system should relate to the most essential parameters and characteristics of the electronic radio electronic network. such as cost (cost of design, manufacture, operation), reliability (including reliability   and maintainability), mass, obtaining the highest tactical and technical indicators, perspectivity (ability for long-term satisfaction of the needs of society for tactical, technical and economic indicators), etc.

Optimization by many criteria (parameters), or by complex multidimensional criteria, is promising, but is associated with significant technical and mathematical difficulties. The formation of complex criteria for optimality has been studied in relevant mathematical disciplines. However, it is often useful and possible to use simple criteria, achieving extremum according to one most important quality indicator.

Consequently, the first step to optimizing the distribution zone is to single out the quality indicators most significant for a given distribution zone, which should be aimed at obtaining an optimum. However, the remaining indicators should also be taken into account, but already in the category of conditions, since they should be maintained at a certain level.

The means of achieving the optimum can be different, the choice of the element base and the design principles of REMO and RE M 1 (base material, the number of layers and the size of printed circuit boards , and the dimensions of the printed conductors and the spaces between them, etc.) are of great importance . principles are sewn from   ^^ • external influences (humidity, mechanical loads) and thermal overheating, etc.

It is important to identify and formulate the conditions in which   Synthesis and optimization is carried out, including the formation of restrictions on the parameters that change when the optimum is reached in terms of the basic quality indicator . These conditions may relate to technology, standardization, materials, etc. Many difficulties are associated with the choice of the method of finding the optimum.
