By designers of radio-electronic devices or radio-constructors we will mean engineering and technical workers who are engaged in theoretical work and research in the field of structures; design or synthesis of structures and their testing; drawing up design documentation and solving design issues arising in the course of production and operation.

By radio technologists or radio technologists, we will mean engineering and technical workers who perform theory and research in the field of RES technology, technological control of design documentation of RES, synthesis and development of technological processes specific for RES, equipment and equipment, creation of technological documentation, solution questions on technology arising during the production process and testing.

Due to the fact that the design and technology have a significant relationship, in the future we will use the term "Design Technologist" RES, meaning by it the engineering and technical workers performing work on both the design and the RES technology.

The basis of the activities of designers and technologists of RES is research and the ability to apply knowledge in such matters as: electrical, magnetic, electromagnetic processes and interactions occurring in space, in materials, films, conductors and structural elements, taking into account the size, interaction and interaction with thermal mechanical processes, moisture, external electromagnetic and other influences, processes of interaction of materials, surface layers, films and structural elements with the surrounding medium Doi (humidity, atmosphere, radiation, etc...); methods of shaping and creating structures with different electrical properties, i.e. the processes occurring in materials and films in the manufacture and combination of electrical and structural elements, ensuring coordination of deviations in size and electrical properties.
