Voice is one of the tools of interaction between people. If he is naturally weak and unsure, it is likely that the words you have said will not have the desired effect. But Professor Felix Alekseevich Kuzmin believes that the power of voice can and should be trained.

You will be able to develop his strength with the help of special exercises as well as developing muscles in physical education classes. The voice will become lower and more harmonious, its range will expand, the pronunciation will become clearer.

Exercise 1

Stand in front of the mirror. Breathe out, then inhale and pronounce each sound for as long as you have enough breath. So inhale and start:

- Iiiiiiiiiii.
- Eeeeeeeeeeee.
- Aaaaaaaaaaa.
- Ooooooooooooo.
- Uuuuuuuuuuuu.

This sequence is not accidental, you start with the sound of the highest frequency - “and”. If you put your hand on your head, you will feel a slight vibration of the skin. This is evidence of more intensive blood circulation. Speaking the sound "e" activates the neck and throat, you can feel it, putting your hands to the neck. The pronouncing of the sound “a” has a beneficial effect on the chest area. When the “o” sound is pronounced, the blood supply to the heart is enhanced, and the exercise with the “y” sound has a positive effect on the lower abdomen.

Speak slowly one by one all the sounds three times. Do you want your voice to be lower and deep? Then many times during the day, utter the sound "y."

Exercise 2

Now you need to activate the chest and abdomen, for this you need to pronounce the sound "m" with your mouth closed. Exercise the sound "m" do three times. Once very quietly, a second time louder and a third time as loud as possible so that the vocal cords tensed. Putting your palm on your stomach, you will feel a strong vibration.

Exercise 3

Particular attention should be paid to the sound "p", since it helps to improve the pronunciation and gives the voice strength and vitality. In order to relax your tongue, do a preliminary preparation: lift the tip of the tongue to the sky behind your front upper teeth and “poke” like a tractor. So, exhale, then inhale and begin to "growl": "- Rrrrr." After this, expressively and emotionally, with an emphatically rolling "p", utter the following words:

Exercise 4

In conclusion, do the “Tarzan's exercise”, which is the best prevention against colds and myocardial infarction. Stand up straight, exhale, then take a deep breath. Squeeze your hands into fists. Loudly pronounce the sounds from the first exercise, starting with the sound "and", and at the same time pound your fists against your chest, as Tarzan did in the famous film. Then continue, uttering the sound “e” and so on. At the end of the exercise, you will notice how your bronchi are cleansed, how your breathing becomes free, how you are charged with energy.

This exercise should be performed only in the morning, because it has a stimulating and activating effect.
After a few weeks of training, compare your current voice with the previous one; it’s best to do this beforehand, before recording your workouts, record your voice on a dictaphone. You will see that your voice has changed noticeably. Now he has gained more power, which means that you began to speak more convincingly and more strongly influence those around you. As a result of such a training, not only your voice, but your thoughts become calmer and deeper. The deeper and lower the voice, the more it settles in the mind, the greater the impression is made by the spoken words.
