Differences between a man and a woman

Lecture

The speed of mental processes and decision making in men is higher than in women. The structure of the intellect also differs. Male logic is associated with a more rational assessment of the essence of events and facts of reality. A man analyzes objective data more calmly and only then draws conclusions and makes a decision. Men are rational, logical and prudent. Women, possessing intuition, estimate the significance of the changes of reality occurring in their lives. Women's logic is characterized by intuitiveness, situationalism, associativity and emotionality. They say that a man lives with his mind, and a woman with emotions.
The circle of interests of men often closes at work, politics and sports, whereas in the life of a woman spiritual food and personal life occupy a greater place.
A woman likes the assessment of her appearance and emotionality, attention to the new dress, hairstyle, mood. Men are more pleased with the assessment of their intelligence and speed, originality of the decisions made. For example: no one could guess, and you did it, that's your sharp and resourceful mind.
So, the differences between a man and a woman are very substantial and diverse. They can not be ignored, they must be taken into account, clearly understood - the mind, feelings, experience, attitude to the world - all of men and women have significant differences. These differences make it possible to complement the virtues of each other and to level the disadvantages. The harmony of these relationships is created by the efforts of two. For a number of studies, it is mutual understanding that is the most important value of modern men and women.
Research data showed that before the 20th century, the image of a man and a woman was strictly differentiated: “masculinity” - aggressiveness, rationality, rivalry; "Femininity" - emotionality, caring for others, gentleness.
Over the past century, women have largely “caught up” with men in a number of positions in society, and the concept of “femininity” has changed. The sexual revolution in the West “emancipated” women, the personality of a modern woman, while retaining its inherent emotionality, the desire for lively and diverse communication, the need for constant confirmation of its relevance and importance for loved ones, acquired new qualities.
A woman shows firmness and determination, courage, realism and practicality, striving for the role of leader. She has diverse needs - from the desire for social and professional significance to the desire to be an attractive woman, wife, mother. The implementation of these needs is associated with physical and psychological stress, time-consuming. Often a woman builds a model of her behavior in society, focusing on the male model.
The second group of problems - the problems of personal, intimate life of men and women. It can be argued that here, "to each his own," for this delicate sphere of life is determined by the culture of the senses, the actions of two (intimus is the deepest, innermost, innermost). Intimate, according to V. I. Dalyu, close, close, sincere, sincere. Intimacy is a psychological rather than physiological concept. It consists in a certain mutual “installation”, or “directionality” of the communication partners.
