3.6. THE EDUCATOR AS AN ORGANIZER OF THE INTEGRATED PEDAGOGICAL PROCESS. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AND PERSONAL QUALITIES OF THE EDUCATOR

The profession of an educator is special in its essence and significance. The peculiarity of his work consists primarily in the fact that the object is a child - the most unique product of nature, as well as his physical, mental, spiritual development. That is why the profession of an educator is rightly considered the most important in the modern world.

Pedagogical activity acts as meta-activity, that is, activities aimed at organizing and managing other activities. In a certain sense, the activity of a pre-school teacher is connected with many other types of activities: labor, gaming, musical, and various types of creative activity.

The pedagogical activity of the educator is realized through certain functions.

Communicative and stimulating function associated with the ability of the teacher to communicate with children, the ability to establish and maintain friendly relations with them. This is a certain style of the relationship of the caregiver with children, which includes the manifestation of love for children, emotional attitude, warmth and care for them. This function involves communication not only with children, but also with other teachers, with the administration of the kindergarten, parents of children.

The diagnostic function of pedagogical activity is associated with the study of children and the establishment of their level of development and upbringing.

It is impossible to carry out educational work without knowing the level of his physical and mental development, moral education, the conditions of family life and upbringing, etc.

The orientation and prognostic function of pedagogical activity is expressed in the ability of the educator to determine the direction of educational activity, its specific goals and objectives at each stage of educational work, to predict its results.

The constructive-design function of the activity, organically associated with the orientation-prognostic, is expressed in the teacher's ability not only to plan educational and educational work, but also to creatively approach its organization.

The organizing function of pedagogical activity is connected with the involvement of pupils in the planned educational work and stimulating their activity. This function is implemented through the selection and structuring of information in the process of communicating with children; the organization of various types of activities of pupils; organization of own activities and behavior in the process of interaction with children.

The information and explanatory function of pedagogical activity is expressed in the fact that in the pedagogical process of a preschool institution a teacher is always a source of information for a child.

The gnostic (research) function of pedagogical activity is carried out successfully if the teacher has the need for self-education and the improvement of his pedagogical skills and the enhancement of certain research skills. Gnostic (research) function implies the development of the ability to analyze, systematize, generalize, classify, evaluate.

Special mention should be made of the maternal function , providing a positive emotional state of the child, his comfort, security, so necessary for the mental development of the child.

The teacher must have certain professional and personal qualities. One can single out the dominant qualities of a kindergarten teacher's personality , the absence of any of which entails the impossibility of the effective implementation of pedagogical activity: love for children and a desire to work with them; humanity - the desire and ability to provide timely assistance and support to the child in his personal development; tolerance - tolerance in working with children; empathy (empathy) - the ability to understand the condition of the child, put yourself in his place; pedagogical optimism - faith in the child and his further development; pedagogical tact - the observance of the universal norms of communication and interaction with children, taking into account their individual psychological characteristics; justice is the ability to act impartially; honesty and sincerity in working with children, conscientiousness in their professional activities; balance - the ability to control their actions and actions in all pedagogical situations; the ability not to be lost in any extreme situations - the ability to quickly make pedagogical decisions to act in accordance with them; charm - a fusion of spirituality, attractiveness and taste; sense of humor - the ability not to lose it in various life situations; wisdom - having life experience; social activity - the willingness and ability to actively contribute to solving social problems in the field of professional and educational activities.

The range of official duties of the educator is also determined :

• plans, organizes children's livelihoods and carries out and education;

• conducts daily work, ensuring the creation of conditions for the social and psychological rehabilitation of children, social labor adaptation;

• uses a variety of techniques, methods and tools for learning;

• based on the study of individual characteristics, the recommendation of the psychologist plans and conducts correctional-developmental work with children (with a group or individually);

• together with medical workers, ensures the preservation of children's health, carries out activities that contribute to their psychophysical development, and is responsible for their lives and health.

Teacher activity:

• organizes the implementation of children's day regimen, leisure activities and additional education, involving them in various types of creative activity according to the interests and needs of each child;

• organizes, taking into account the age of children, self-service work: participation in socially useful work;

• carries out work on the prevention of deviant behavior of bad habits in children;

• interacts with parents of children or persons replacing them informs parents about the development and upbringing of the child in the kindergarten;

• coordinates the activities of the assistant teacher, junior teacher in the framework of a single educational process;

• organizes and conducts cultural work with children in close contact with the board of the educational institution;

• plans the pedagogical process in its age group.

The teacher should know:

• Constitution of the Russian Federation; laws of the Russian Federation, decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation on educational issues; Convention on the Rights of the Child;

• pedagogy, psychology, age physiology, hygiene; basics of pre-medical care; theory and methods of educational work.
