The theory of motivation:

Group 1: content t. Motivation. Concentrates on analyzing the content of moivational factors.

Group 2: procedural. Emphasis on explaining the process of choosing a behavior that can lead to the desired result.

Theory of Needs:

a) Maslow's hierarchy of needs

b) the theory of the involvement of Clayton Aldeltfer

c) Herzberg model

d) Macleland model

e) Hertzberg's two-factor model.

e) The Macleland Model. Theory of Acquired Needs. According to this t. With other conditions, people have a cat. need to achieve work more efficiently than people, a cat. do not have this demand.

3 top level needs:

- the desire for power

- the desire for recognition

- striving for success
