There are two extreme types of neural networks:
non-local neural networks and local. In non-local networks
a neuron acts as a structural unit of processing
information. Local chains fundamentally
differ from non-local ones in that they have a processing unit
information is not the entire neuron, but a separate section

in each of the sections do not affect the entire neuron as
whole.
