Live photos or Cinemagraphs is a collaborative project of photographer Jamie Beck and designer Kevin Burg. The interesting and intriguing atmosphere of these pictures expands the edge of ordinary photography and draws into the world of the photographer.

The idea to use the GIF format to animate a small portion of the photo and to make the picture more animated came to the head of designer Kevin Burgu in 2009 and was widely known for advertising via the Internet and social networks.
